the room had a flat iron and ironing board , which was useful. i found the provision of complimentary coffee , tea, and a kettle to be convenient. the hairdryer in the room was also very helpful for managing my hair after showering.

the location was excellent, very central for getting around. some staff kindly stored my luggage while i completed a two day tour. the bathroom was a good size and very functional.
The noise from the street was noticeable. Earplugs helped.

The location was great for using buses and trams. I found the staff very friendly, especially Mark at reception. The bedrooms are modern and funky I thought! The room was spacious with plenty of space around the bed. I liked the bathroom. It was practical.
The club downstairs played music all night, though i didn't find it too bad.
